The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Japanese area with easy access to all the hot spots. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfy bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a shower that had just the right water pressure. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious food and provided a great view of the bustling street below.
Everything was great and I had no complaints.

Great hotel in the very center of all HSMC attractions. The location nevertheless is very quiet. A lot of shops and restaurants just steps away. The hotel itself is new and clean with very friendly and helpfull stuff ( yes, there is a problem with English in Vietnam). We lived in Aquari suite - and could not wish better. The room was large, nicely decorated, with wonderfull view on the Saigon River. Very calm atmosphere, comfortable beds, excellent linen. Nice sofa and large LCD TV, we were always please to return to our hotel and relax a bit. Breakfasts were also very good, with a variety of choice from European and Vietnamese food. Delicious tea. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent hotel - 3 stars are definitely too less for the hotel. 1) Big rooms with huge TVs 2) Big beds. 3) Good breakfast. 4) Reasonable prices for in-room food.
1) Bath tub (with hydro massage) Is a bit small and have strange shape. 2) A bit overpriced for Saigon/

Great location! Very accessible to all major sights in the city. The hotel offered competitive tour rates and an affordable spa service. The breakfast was good and had a balanced variety of food. The room was new and well-maintained making the stay comfortable.
The room was poorly soundproofed which made sleeping difficult at night. The staff had limited English skills and could not accommodate requests.

Good location, very helpful staff, good breakfast, fast Internet, Comfortable, clean room, powerful shower
One small issue, you can hear other guests in nearby rooms, running water, moving furniture etc, not a major problem and did not take from our time in the hotel.

The hotel’s location makes it a great choice for budget travellers. Situated on a quiet street, it's still close to many good restaurants and walking distance to the main hot spots. the rooms are equipped with all necessary amenities, as well as a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. Breakfast is well presented and caters to both Asian and International tastes.
One aspect could be improved as some guests experienced difficulty in communication with the staff due to language barriers.

1. Interio decoration 2. Staffs are very friendly
1. A two-inch long centipede craw out from under the bed frame 2. There is a need for a soap dish in the bath room 3. I can hear people's coughing in the next room's bathroom

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in District 1. The rooms were clean, modern and spacious, and I was lucky enough to have a room on the upper floors with a stunning view of the riverside. The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. One thing I particularly enjoyed was the breakfast, where I could sit and watch the life of the city unfold on the quiet street below. It was a great way to start the day.
Everything was perfect, nothing to note for improvement.

They did not have the deal we were booked for and thus upgraded us to a better room but with no view. Which I declined because I had chosen that hotel for the view. Therefore they upgraded us to a magnificent room which they call a suite, very large and tastefully furnished, quite luxurious with a magnificent view, for the original price which amounted to less than $100 with taxes. In the morning as we overslept they packed us a breakfast to go in no time. Very professional. We loved it

Great location in the centre of the city with many restaurants around. The hotel is quite new and it feels also everywhere inside. Rooms are very comfortable. I have spent 3 nights in there and will have great memories about this place.
As for me - perfect hotel.
